Anime Crossover: Mecha Rule

Joy, anger, greed, hate, love, resentment, and desire: all living beings are free because of their emotions, yet bound by them as well.

Can a life without emotions still be called life? Can a mechanical will have feelings of its own?

What determines whether something has an independent consciousness: emotions, or actions?

The silver arc of light that travels between planes: is it alive, or mechanical?

Why does the spacetime traveler who journeys across the universe relentlessly pursue the silver arc of light?

Why does the terrifying and mysterious Forbidden Zone No. 1 let the silver arc of light come and go as it pleases?

And why does the silver arc of light want to establish a nation where all living beings are equal?

Everything seems shrouded in mist, obscuring the road ahead and cloaking it in mystery and the unknown.
