In Naruto, Under the Third Hokage's Surveillance

In the Hokage world, a young man from Earth travels through time and space. He has no idea what's happened. Back on Earth, he had simply stayed up too late gaming and worked himself to death.

The protagonist discovers that he has transmigrated as a sperm. Is this the kind of setup where the story ends before it even begins?

"Ding! Esteemed Master, I am the Strive for Excellence System."

"Ding! No, wait, my Master got me off track just now."

"Ding! I am the Wish-Granted System."

System! Tell me what I should do now! Otherwise, we'll both die!

"Ding! Master, just as my name suggests, as long as you wish for something and the circumstances allow it, your wish will come true."

Just then, the protagonist discovers that his System has come online. He absorbs a billion sperm cells and converts them into energy, then enters the egg at the very last second.

The System's reward arrives.

"Ding! Congratulations, Master, you've placed first! Your reward is one drop of Sage Body blood essence!"
