Ashes After the Apocalypse

At last, the Ashen One who bore the flame let it die.

Countless worlds of the cycle of rebirth shattered as the flame went out.

The Ashen One had thought they would perish along with the worlds, but the flame carried them to another world, one also on the brink of destruction.

Warning!

Readers who came for Dark Souls can stop after finishing the prequel.

The later story has little to do with Dark Souls and only borrows some of its setting.

It's also uncertain whether the story will turn into an infinite-world adventure, so please read with caution.
