This Makes No Sense

An imagined world.

Countless people dream of becoming that laughable protagonist.

Some are defeated by reality,

living ordinary lives in mediocrity.

Some chase that laughable moment of glory,

only to meet their deaths without hesitation.

Tsk, that day finally arrived...

The protagonist? Heh... Survive, and you become the protagonist...

One game, then another. They say every game is a test by God, meant to select the worthy among humanity.

God?

What does that even mean?
