I Occupied the Moon and Established Relations with Blue Star from the Start

"This System is so unreliable. It sent me to the Moon. At least, to make up for it, it turned the Moon into a habitable planet and gave me a pile of advanced technology. I’ve decided: I’m going to claim the Moon and become its king, then establish diplomatic relations with Blue Star!" Zhou Chen's diary.

And so Zhou Chen, ruler of the Moon, pilots a starship built by a Type II civilization, overwhelming Blue Star and sweeping across the Solar System. He begins a shamelessly carefree life on the Moon!
