About This Novel
"One Hundred and Five Years from the Late Ming Dynasty to the Early Qing Dynasty" was written from the thirty-eighth year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1559) to the third year of Kangxi's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1664). It mainly records the history of these one hundred and five years. During this period, both "Ming" and "Qing" are written. Through the author's perspective and popular language, I will take everyone closer to this magnificent period of history. The materials selected in this book are all first-hand materials, mainly "Records of the Ming Dynasty" and "Records of the Qing Dynasty". Some miscellaneous records written by historians of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are also selected, such as "Southern Strategy of the Ming Dynasty", "Records of the Yongli Dynasty", etc. For the convenience of narrative, they will not be listed one by one. Some necessary sources will be indicated in the text. History has become the past, and readers are expected to view history rationally and objectively.
