About This Novel
"Sword Art Online: Age Of Sail and The Caribbean Legend" is a spin-off fan work of the famous lightly adapted anime "Sword Art Online" series. The world view adopts the uw system (Sword Art Online Season 3). It is very different from the traditional sword world and belongs to the European and American historical navigation genre. The plot is adapted from the original UW chapter and the real history from 1715 to 1718 AD. The background of the story is set at the end of the great voyage in an imaginary virtual world. French teenager Olivier Levasseur was originally a minor aristocrat from Calais, Kingdom of France. He studied at the naval school since childhood and became a naval captain to serve King Louis XIV of France. However, an accident made him become a pirate. In the Pirate Republic of Nassau, he met many famous pirates in history, such as Blackbeard, Charles Vane, Sam Bellamy, Benjamin Hornigold, and Henry Jennings. However, during an operation, he met Eugeo Singleton and an Oriental boy named Kirito.
