About This Novel

At the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the world was undergoing great changes. Human lives were like grass. Where was the dignity? A young man and woman met by chance, fought hard, grew up in the midst of war, and fell in love amidst the rain of guns and arrows. Who said that only traveling through time can make people excited? Who said that tenderness and sweetness can only occur in front of flowers and under the moon? Who says supernatural magic can only be seen in fantasy? You do something you know you can't do, but you can actually do it. The unyielding soul, profound thoughts, and secrets that have been unknown for more than three hundred years are all in "Moonlight Across the Sea". The sonorous sound of the piano plays a heart-stirring story. Thanks to the Tencent Literature Book Review Team for providing book review support!

From the Tencent Literature Book Review Group - Su Mengzhen's great review, I'm impressed by the cleverness and clumsiness.

For most young readers, the feeling of reading this book should be very strange! Well, the writing style of this book is relatively retro. How ancient is it? It's earlier than the martial arts novels of the 1980s and 1990s! This kind of writing was especially common in the Ming and Qing Dynasty's story-telling novels. So when I saw this book, my first feeling was very unexpected. Since the development of Internet literature, the mainstream literary models of all major categories have matured, including history, but it is obvious that this book seems a bit non-mainstream. However, since you want to appreciate an online novel, you cannot just look at whether its writing is mainstream or non-mainstream, nor can you just look at whether its story structure is designed according to popular routines, nor can you just pass it off because it is not written clearly enough, nor can you completely dismiss the author just because it has failed to achieve success. When it comes to reviewing each book, the first thing you should try to do is to understand what the author originally wanted the work to be like, what its ideal state was, and what obstacles and bottlenecks he encountered during the writing process that caused the author to deviate from his original intention. At this point, I can finally get straight to the point... (Big water monster, you also call this straight to the point?) The author did not deviate from his original intention during the process of writing this book! I don't know what Muyun's poster will think when he sees this topic. Anyway, I personally think this is a very high evaluation. First of all, writing history like this is a difficult challenge in itself. More importantly, it is very difficult to realize the author's original intention of writing this book in this book (dare you be more elusive?)... Now I will point out a few points in abstract, and of course these are the points that I admire the most. (Why not point it out specifically? Because I don't want to spoil it.) The reason I don't want to spoil it is because, if you really read this book, it is actually a very exciting and gripping work, which is as good as the original and changed mystery novels. Everyone knows Renmu JJ who spoils suspense works, so of course I can't spoil it... First, it's cool, it's a novel. Anyone who has watched The Romance of the Gods, The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, The Romance of XX, The Travel Notes of XX, The Heroes of Xia will understand... Second, the suspense is of the Da Vinci Code type. Not much to say. Third, the writing style, or in other words, the literary quality, is as good as clumsy. When I saw the super simple description of their meal in Chapter 23, I was hungry. If you say this is Muyun Louzhu's first novel, I really don't believe it. Fourth, this is what I admire the most, and it is probably the most test of the author's original intention: this is clearly a fully optimized version of the Ming and Qing Dynasty Chinese-language novels... Yes, Muyun Louzhu has really absorbed most of the artistic expression techniques in modern literary styles, and they are all very high-end, and it is difficult for beginners to sort out the clues. I really admire them... Well, I have to study some chapters several times, and I am learning...

moonlight melting

Reading this book makes people feel like they are back in the 1990s, standing in a bookstore and reading chapter-style novels with relish. Needless to say, the writing style is exquisite and simple, and more importantly, the storyline is driven by twists and turns, but without losing the original line. The context is clear, the characters are distinct, and all kinds of characters are not stereotyped. In the author's writing, they are lifelike and vivid on the page. Good book, like it 👍👍👍
