Defeat the Evil God of Corruption, Starting with the Professor from the University of Michigan
by Clear Rain And Evening Wind
About This Novel
The ancient corrupted gods chanted blasphemous words, denouncing the deception of the stars, for the world was not born from fire. The distant meteors brought messages from deep space, and in an eternal dusk, a miraculous building was built for the survival of the race. When a soul awakens from its empty shell, Norn Mosria opens his eyes. On the campus of Miskatonic University, a naive apprentice came to Norn Mosria. She asked him: "Professor Noen, may I ask, I read in the "Fables about the Starry Sky" I borrowed from the Star Observation Academy that the corruption of the gods will bring about the end of the world called dusk. Is this true?" "It's true." "Then let me ask you, will our internship tomorrow also see the dusk of the end of the world?" (The name of the school is purely a tribute, please refer to the text for all settings)

I was deceived into it by the name of the University of Michigan. After reading it, I found that the setting and world view of the story are actually quite interesting. The content of the first volume felt a bit short and went by in the blink of an eye. This may be because the branch plots are not too rich, which gave me the feeling of not being able to write about another world. It's a little messy at the front, but it's obviously getting better at the back. It is not in the form of a traditional Cthulhu horror story, but it captures the essence of "unknown horror", and it is not a regular type of novel. When combined, it has a unique sense of fusion of light novel and epic. The point is that the update frequency is acceptable. It's a bit exaggerated to say that it's a godlike appearance, but if you keep writing it, it's a pretty good story that's worth reading.
It's nice to watch, but Lily's character is really unpleasant in this world. I always feel that everything Lily does is destined, whether it's opening those doors or becoming a fellow traveler.
Actually eating sweet tofu nao
Heretics are burned to death, there is no defensible reason
There are only two comments, so I must add one
This book is very well written
It's just that the name is too weird. If you really read it, you will find that the author's basic skills are very solid and the writing style is humorous. When I first read it, I thought it was an old-school crime novel. After reading it for a while, I realized that it was similar to Embers of the Deep.

I've read more than seventy chapters, and I can write it well.

The corrupted gods snickered in the deep moon, and the distant meteors brought messages from the deep space. Who knocked on the door outside the shelter at dusk? The ancient flora chanted blasphemies, denouncing the deception of the stars, for the world was not born from fire. When a soul awakened from its empty shell, Norn Mosria opened his eyes blankly. "From now on, you are a professor at Miskatonic University," they told him.

Interesting book Western fantasy style, non-updated flow, the main stage is modern city, the complete story of the first volume has been written. The work combines Christian horror, and the protagonist and world view are somewhat similar to "Embers of the Deep" by Mr. Yuantong if compared to online novels, that is, starting from a high level of ability, and being able to "contaminate" other things that have become one's own, and then save an apocalypse that is about to be destroyed. The writing skills are sufficient, and the character creation ability is also good. Several characters are also easy to stand up, and they do not shy away from tragedy and death. Although the supporting characters are slightly lacking, they at least stabilize the basic image despite the lack of content, and then let them exit. Personally, I would give it a rating of 7.3.

Reading progress: Volume 1 Chapter 122 It's all worth it Reading score: 27 points, not recommended. Storytelling summary: Some paragraphs feel a bit messy, but the overall writing is pretty good. The character performance is average, the plot is a bit bland, and the twists are a bit blunt. The settings are rough. After reading to the end, you can feel that it actually has little to do with the Ke-type setting. Everything from the gods to the dependents are original, and the core of unknown and fear is not adopted. It's a trap-style invincible adventure novel. Writing (6 points): The writing is generally okay. But some details need to be polished. It feels like it's pieced together from various small paragraphs that were written. For example, there are some abrupt metaphysical descriptions, or the ambiguity of the subject in the dialogue. It caused certain problems in reading comprehension. Characters (5 points): The protagonist himself is an ordinary person commonly seen in ordinary novels. He does not show anything special in any aspect. Even his performance in the battle at the end of the volume is not outstanding. As for the other characters, they are more like the character settings in the light novel than the crime novel. Even some characters, such as the second female lead, have obvious inconsistencies in their combat power in order to show contrasting cuteness. It feels like the shaping is still a bit too casual. However, the lead female lead's cute performance is pretty good, and may be the biggest highlight of this book. Plot (5 points): The plot of Invincible is usually not easy to write, and the pretentious and slap-in-the-face routine is unavoidable. But if there is no plot to reveal the saint in front of anyone. It will appear very bland. It is indeed a good choice to add reversal at this time. But the reversal in this book feels very blunt. One sentence is for the truth and one sentence is for the world, which seems to be a sufficient reason to destroy the world. It is inevitable that the persuasiveness is somewhat lacking. As for the settings of the shelter and the real world, to be honest, they don't fit well with the tone of unknown and fear. Settings (5 points): The settings of more than a dozen ectoplasm schools sound good, but in fact, at least as far as I have read, they are just a piece of cake. The descriptions of each school are basically a general description. It seems that you may want to imitate the school of DND or the mysterious way. But the performance is too rough. In addition, the protagonist is of such a high level, and when fighting against a high-level being, he still uses the skills of the mortal school, which feels quite extraordinary. Thoughts (6 points): A story about a demon king with little motivation who saves the world? At least we should have a positive attitude towards human nature.
