Writing about ghosts is okay, but when it comes to writing about people, it's very awkward. When writing about normal people, there's nothing wrong with writing about a bunch of people looking down on them.
This is painful to watch
How did a world like this develop such a thing as an aristocratic family? The mortality rate is over 90%. Once again, The Rise of Pig's Feet is like the kind of book from twenty years ago, which defeated the big families in a mess. Why are you? I don't see how awesome it is. It's not effective to make a broken tree. It absorbs fear. Where are the inexplicable fears in this world? How can you have fear if you don't rely on other means?
