The logic is not rigorous. Chen Kai was controlled by the Discipline Inspection Commission in the first article, but continued to dig holes later; he was expelled and brought to justice, but he was in the building again in the later article. Bad experience.
It's like a narrative, not quite like a novel. The plot jumps too fast and is not full enough.
