The "Procedural Law for the Conclusion of Treaties" applies to bilateral and multilateral treaties, agreements and other documents with the nature of treaties and agreements concluded by China and foreign countries. This law was adopted at the 17th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 7th National People's Congress on December 28, 1990. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.
The Treaty Conclusion Procedural Law of the People's Republic of China applies to bilateral and multilateral treaties, agreements and other documents with the nature of treaties and agreements concluded between the People's Republic of China and foreign countries.
