About This Novel

People say that choosing the future is rational, and dwelling on the past is obsession, but I want to burn myself into a torch. Even if the fragments of the past burn my bones behind me, and even if the established future emits seductive echoes in the distance, I will stand in front of you and use my last trace of warmth to dispel the coldness in your eyes. Because you are not "some" future, you are the image of tomorrow that I have to protect despite all obstacles. In this survival game, winning or losing is no longer important. What is important is that I want you to take our hope and walk to a distance that I cannot see, but it must be sunny.
