Leave Blank on the Eaves
About This Novel
When I first saw her on a snowy night, the spring breeze blew across my face, making me forget all the pain on my body. After ten years of repairs, the dynasty was still in a state of prosperity. It snowed heavily that night, and there was news in the imperial city that the youngest and most promising king in the dynasty had passed away. The next day, the sun shone brightly on the fallen snow on the thatched eaves in the mountains outside the royal city. She gently opened the door and leaned against it, staring at the blank space on the eaves. A pair of thick hands gently hugged her from behind, and a familiar face whispered in her ear, "No matter how ordinary you are, you are still my treasure. Even if I abandon this country, I have no regrets."
