About This Novel
That night the stars were like rain, and the young historian met a storyteller. He said he knew a great hero. The hero missed love and betrayed righteousness, but dragged the darkness into the abyss. He said that heroes are unjust, and the historian recorded: "It is not easy for heroes." Later that night, thousands of pear trees bloomed, but the storyteller disappeared. The story of the hero was also buried in the dim light of lamps, shadows and wine.
