About This Novel

The story takes place in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. When the protagonist Long Tianze was eight years old, his father Long Jiacheng was beheaded for refusing to cooperate with the Qing army's new policy of "shaving his hair and leaving braids". He was also wanted by the government and was later rescued by "Madman Hong" who lived in seclusion in the mountains. He grew up in the mountains, practiced martial arts, and created his own "Longmen Kung Fu", known as the "Longmen Young Hero". After coming out of the mountain, he walked around the society, acted righteously, killed his enemies, and was wanted again by the Yamen. Finally, he met a female warrior in Jiutian Mountain and started a new martial arts life. The story is wonderful, gripping, and worth reading.
