About This Novel
A history full of interesting things, a unique royal banquet, and a large-scale car battle with thousands of vehicles, all form a legendary road of revenge for a lame ruler. In the middle of the Spring and Autumn Period, Choke, the lame ruling minister of the Jin State, was ordered to go to Qi State as an envoy. The envoys from the three kingdoms of Lu, Wei and Cao who went with him had their own characteristics: the envoy from Wei, Sun Liangfu, was bald, the envoy from Lu, Ji Sunxing, had a hunchback, and the envoy from Cao, the young master, had a one-eyed dragon head. The four envoys arrived at Linzi City of the State of Qi and met the young Qi Jun Wuye. Due to the tradition of the Qi people to speak loudly, the envoys from the four countries led by Chu Ke encountered a series of humiliations such as being watched by the whole city, being teased through the city, and humiliated by the dynasty. Afterwards, Ke Ke vowed to the envoys of the Three Kingdoms "not to avenge this, nor to cross the Yellow River"! Later, Ji Sunxingfu of the Lu State staged a coup in the Lu State, triggering Qi Jun Wuye to attack Longcheng, and then fought with the reinforcements of the Wei State in Xinzhu. After the defeat of Lu and Wei, they rushed to Xinjiang, the capital of Jin, to ask for troops. However, Chuke took the opportunity to ask for orders to lead an army to march eastward to the Qi State, and launched a decisive battle between the Lu, Wei, and Jin three-nation coalition forces and thousands of Qi troops in Qi's "Tanyi" territory of Qi State. Originally, the Qi army's morale was high after General Gao Gu's "Zhishi" duel, and they moved forward under the brave leadership of King Wuye. However, the battlefield was changing rapidly, and the good situation was suddenly reversed by the Jin Dynasty charioteer who was like a god of war. The Qi army was defeated and fled. During the escape, Jin general Han Jue caught up with Qi Jun, but was betrayed by Qi Jun's chariot, Pang Choufu, who allowed Qi Jun to escape. Then, the four countries negotiated peace and stopped fighting.
