I really don't understand if there were no guns in that world or what? Just one person who can fight will be licked by the police? How cruel is it to beat a black dragon? A person participating in an underground boxing match has the police going undercover. It's really funny. Does the author have an IQ? If you don't have an official background, you will be surrounded by thousands of police officers and special police. All the people inside will be taken back to the police station and interrogated slowly. If you have an official background, the police will not take care of you. They will just treat you as if you don't know and go to fight. If you know the law and break the law, they will think you are a talent, they will only be wary of you, and will record you in the file.
