About This Novel
During the Huichang period of the Tang Dynasty, Li Shi entered Chang'an with tribute wine and sword Nanchun. Using the wine as a guide, it affected many disputes, including civil servants and eunuchs, Niu Party and Li Party, Buddhism and Taoism, dragons and snakes in the market, and all the demons were dancing in chaos for a while. In Chang'an, Li Shi reunited with his old friend Zhang Shan, met the dancer Wang Mei, and the Taoist nun Yuan Sansu. He wandered among many forces, explored the story of Han Chan, reorganized the Jingzhe Hall, punished the traitorous eunuchs, killed the Buddha, and gradually embarked on his own road of revenge.
