The Legend of Jiangnan Swordsman
by Chizhou
About This Novel
When I was watching the Hong Kong drama "Qin Shi Huang" as a boy, I was not impressed by Liu Yong's "Qin Shi Huang", but I was amazed by Liu Songren's "Jing Ke"! Dressed in white, with a long sword hanging from his waist, walking to the end of the world, dancing in the snow, and being drunk at festivals, all of this is in line with a young man's reverie, fantasy, and dream of a hero! When Jing Ke was ordered to assassinate the Qin Dynasty, Gao Jianli built a building on the bank of the Yishui River. Jingke and Hejie sang: "The wind is rustling and the Yishui is cold. When a strong man leaves, he will never come back!" He couldn't help but burst into tears and his heart was broken! From then on, the knowledge that Yan and Zhao had many heroes and many tragic songs was deeply rooted in the bones! Jiangnan seems to be a gathering of elites in blue shirts, jaspers with red sleeves, green water and bright moon, and pagodas in pine forests, but it lacks character, generosity, and the spirit of dying without regrets. But I still want to write something for the Jiangnan Assassin, because there are too many biographies of Jing Ke and Gao Jianli handed down, and the Jiangnan Assassin is still very lonely, and not enough has been written!
