Sorry, I stand for God's will
The reason why the novel is not popular is because the language is not refined enough and the writing style is a bit frivolous.
I have read about 100 chapters. The book is good, but I was put off by the name.
The protagonist is not going to test the medicine on himself, it has already been laid.
What the hell? Also, it was said to be a war between France and Germany, but wargs appeared as a result? Warcraft version of Continental Conflict?
