[2018 King of Glory Literary Contest · Essay Entries] Time flew by. Ten minutes later, the little boy put away his phone, looked at me disdainfully, uttered two words contemptuously: "Garbage!" And then walked away with a smile. With trembling hands, I gently exited the game interface of "Honor of Kings" and looked up at the high sky before sunset. My eyes turned red with shame and helplessness. I stared at the sky silently, motionless, for one hour, two hours, three hours... Until dusk closed in and the surroundings became dark. In the darkness, I quietly stood up and walked step by step to the concrete telephone pole in front of me. I raised my fists and punched them until my hands were dripping with blood and I couldn't shed a single tear in my eyes.

Another world novel feels like superfluous
Personally, I feel that there is no need to write another world novel. The urban novel is already very good. Writing another world novel feels like a failure. If you, the author, do not write the other world novel well, it will really be an anticlimax. As for the characters in the urban novel, I personally feel that the author has written very well. The characters are all flesh and blood, they can cry and laugh, they all have emotions, they all grow, they all have losses and gains. Also, does this book have a single female protagonist?
I'm drunk. Why did I give it a three-star rating and become a five-star rating?
If I couldn't comment without rating, I would give myself no rating...
