About This Novel
Mrs. Inglethorpe, the mistress of Styles Manor, holds the financial reins. In the early hours of one morning, she died of poisoning in her room, and the three doors of the room were locked from the inside. Detective Poirot discovered a series of doubts during the investigation of the case, but the biggest suspect-Mrs. Inglethorpe's husband had no evidence of absence. What troubles Poirot most is that everyone in the manor seems to be hiding something.

How come no one has read it? Which writer can write this once-in-a-century classic? Don't think that just because China is safe, you can do whatever you want. I really didn't know who the real murderer was until the last moment. The method of poisoning was also amazing. I recommend it and it's worth reading.

This must be the first novel I have read by Grandma, and I have been trapped in a world of suspense and reasoning since then and cannot extricate myself.
