Reading it now after a few years, my understanding is different. I feel it is still a very in-depth book!
The book is interspersed with interpretations of various philosophical classics such as Buddhism, Taoism, and martial arts. It is obvious that the author has consulted a lot of information, so that the depth of the writing is revealed. It is not a pure fast-food article. I watched half of it and couldn't stand it any longer. The plot was a bit far-fetched and didn't feel like it came naturally. The training system was a bit confusing. Some places were just forced explanations. I was a bit disappointed.

I started reading novels about 6 years ago, and this was the first novel I came across. At that time, there were still many plots that I couldn't understand and I watched it several times.
