The book is very good, and the writing is very good. Although the first-person narrative may make people uncomfortable, the sense of immersion and the storyline are both first-class. It's a pity that I don't recommend it just because of this writing style.
Weird stories, dusty history, and memories of the times
The writing is a bit jerky. But the story's rich sense of time, mystery and metaphysics can still be read.
