It doesn't look good at all. What the hell?
The protagonist has said before that he must do both the imperial examination and martial arts, but as a result, he basically spends the whole process in Huashan as a scholar.
The main character is very scheming and hard-working, but he still can't beat Linghu Chong who doesn't cheat. As for your imperial examination, I thought it would be more comprehensive and depict the world of Swordsman from a larger perspective, but it ended up following the original plot.
Author, your operation is so awesome. The Taoist priest asked the monk to transcend the method. I don't understand it. Can you explain it?
It's okay, but even though the protagonist has learned the Evil Sword Technique and Tian Boguang Kung Fu, he still can't beat Linghu Chong.
1: The protagonist and Linghu basically started at the same time, 2: The protagonist has past life experience, 3: The protagonist is mature mentally, Linghu is old and has little ability to understand, and his perseverance should be stronger than Linghu, or at least his internal strength should be stronger than Linghu. 4: Why is the protagonist not as good as Linghu after learning the evil sword and Tian Boguang's martial arts? You must know that the protagonist has defeated Tian Boguang, and Tian Boguang is not much weaker than Yue Buqun.
What I really want to say
I didn't read the next dozens of chapters of this book carefully, so I just wanted to remind the author. Linghu Chong is not that mean, and Yue Lingshan is not such a brainless idiot. Look at the original work. Even though she knew it was impossible, Yue Lingshan was still willing to persuade Lin Pingzhi to go into seclusion. Knowing that it was impossible, Linghu Chong remained committed to Ren Yingying. Everyone knew it was impossible. Yue Lingshan had nothing to do with Linghu Chong.
