The Realm of the God of Wine

The Upper Divine Realm, a city in the Divine Realm. Now that Zhang Dacai and Wang Yan had become gods, they were crouched on the back of a colossal Black Tortoise with a million years of cultivation, grilling meat skewers and playing Gomoku. “Wang Yan, tell me, is it really okay for us to be doing this? Playing chess on someone else's back is one thing, but setting up a stove to grill skewers is taking it a bit far.” “Pfft, aren't grilled skewers delicious? You really can't stop talking, even with your mouth full.” Zhang Dacai kept sliding meat off the skewers as he placed his stones. His vigorous skewer-sliding sent sparks flying. “Check…” “…” “I've got you in check.” “Bro, we're playing Gomoku. What are you babbling about? You're no spring chicken, so how can you be so ignorant? Good thing you don't need to take a written exam to become a god. If you did, you'd never pass, even if you worked yourself to death.” When Zhang Dacai heard Wang Yan call him ignorant, he immediately got worked up. “Wang Yan, listen here. The Zhang family is a family of scholars. We've been reading for generations, and we're the real deal.” As he spoke, he proudly stuck out his thumb. Wang Yan burst out laughing. “Oh, come on, give me a break. A family of scholars? Your dad stokes the village boiler, and your mom sells ice pops at the village entrance. What are you trying to pull?”
