Xia Wan was woken by the sound of someone crying and fussing. She opened her eyes and realized something was wrong, then closed them again to investigate. Once she understood everything about herself, she fought back and took her younger brother to her parents' home.
After returning, Xia Wanwan discovered the personal Taobao System she had with her and learned how it worked. She then set out to complete its first mission: reclaiming wasteland.
Before Xia Wanwan could even begin, her father- and mother-in-law came looking for her, accusing her of taking things from the family when she left. Furious, Xia Wanwan argued with them, drawing the neighbors over. Her in-laws then accused her of being disrespectful, and the onlookers, unaware of the truth, joined in to condemn her.
