Eight Refinements of Martial Arts

Martial arts temper the body, including the sinews, bones, skin, hair, blood, meridians, and internal organs. Strength is the foundation, with five levels: tiger, ox, bear, elephant, and dragon. The Immortal Dao absorbs and circulates vital energy through the body's meridians, condenses an inner core, and allows its practitioners to cast spells, fly through the air, summon wind, and call rain. Its power is extraordinary.
