I am a fan of A Song of Ice and Fire, and I suddenly had the idea to write a realistic and dark Eastern fantasy novel narrated in POV. That's not a cool article! If there are gods, demons, and feudal dynasties in the book, it seems like a mixture of Eastern and Western cultures. But gods and demons are actually just pronouns, which are very different from traditional gods and demons. They are the existence of the high demon class, and they influence the mortals of the low demon class all the time. I plan to write the first chapter of the novel only from the POV of a mortal, without any POV from a high demon. The low-demon world is still a world where the army and royal power are paramount, and is full of various traditional contradictions, except that there are no plots of killing monsters, upgrading, and treasure hunting adventures. I also added the contradiction between the high demon class and the low demon class to these, making the fate of mortals even more out of their control. The title may be as abstract as A Song of Ice and Fire, but I am a story of light and darkness, haha!
