More than two thousand years ago, the Tianjiao Dynasty fell amid internal strife and external threats. This gave rise to the stable yet chaotic balance that exists today: the Thirteen Demon Sects of the Eastern Sea, the three teachings of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism in the Western Regions, the Seven Great Sects of the north, and the Four Royal Cities of the southern frontier.
Today, more than two thousand years later, a master puppeteer from the continent is hunted by powerful foes after obtaining a supreme treasure. With no other choice, he is reborn in a different form as a direct descendant of the Tianjiao Dynasty, left behind in the wider world.
The ties and duties of two lifetimes: Master Yi, where will you go from here?
