Epoch: Overture

The old civilization falls, and the present one begins.

Humanity yearns for the protection of the gods, while the gods regard humanity as mayflies in a jar.

Everyone has heard that the gods dwell beneath Laiteya's endless firmament.

Yet for millennia, no one has ever seen a true god with their own eyes.

Then an abandoned infant in the Far North lets out its first cry. From that moment on, a new era begins its glorious overture.

For he was a god to begin with, and he will become one again in human form.
