An ordinary man, a 22nd-century ordinary man, the last nine-star peak-level esper and commander of humanity's resistance army. His ability, Wither and Bloom, lets him absorb the life force of plants and turn it into strength, healing, accelerated growth, control over plants, and purified herbs.
- In his previous life, at the final defense line in the Himalayas, he faced a million zombies, three insect nests, and Zhulong. He detonated his ability core, taking them all with him. Before he died, he saluted: "Comrades, see you in the next life."
- He is reborn as Diao Chan, with a male soul in a woman's body and astonishing beauty, but from the start he is only a one-star esper, at the early stage of Inner Qi into Astral Force.
- His core conviction: In his previous life, he watched humanity's population fall from ten billion until he was the only one left. He knows that population is everything. His sole goal in this life is to protect the population and pacify the realm as quickly as possible, so the turmoil does not continue to drain China's strength.
