The Ultimate Government Supplier: The State Really Gave Me a Civil-Service Job

In the seventh year of the spiritual qi revival, everyone is scrambling to learn martial arts. Only He Guodong is turning his martial arts over to the national arsenal.

In his eighth year as an extra, he gets slapped and sent flying on a film set. That night, while watching the movie Ip Man, he awakens the Movie Martial Arts System: watching a movie lets him secretly learn its martial arts. The first thing he does is not practice in secret, but turn the martial arts over to the national arsenal in exchange for a government position, stipends, and civic contribution bonuses. The more he submits, the more efficiently he can learn martial arts from movies.

From then on, under the name [Submission Maniac], he fights his way from Hengdian into the training camp of the National Martial Arts Bureau, foils infiltration by foreign martial arts theft organizations, and is hired as a martial arts consultant. He submits incomplete manuals in stages to resolve the dangers they contain, earning adjustments in return, and snatches the original registry back from the martial arts thieves. When he finally stands at the threshold of Martial Saint, he decides to make all martial arts public. The strongest martial arts are those that everyone in the nation can practice.
