1991, Qingshi Village.
The young village chief, Zhou Tuo, is launching another major project to make the village rich, and the villagers are fed up.
The radishes rotted in storage, the rabbit farm lost all its money, and his repeated schemes drained their savings. The villagers only wanted him to behave himself and stop messing around.
Just as Zhou Tuo was preparing to go all in on aloe cultivation, the Shared Prosperity Karma Panel unexpectedly activated.
Mission: Build two kilometers of road into the village within a month! Fail, and the whole village will broadcast his embarrassing childhood secrets over the loudspeaker, humiliating him in front of everyone!
Once the 3.5-meter-wide road connected to the highway, the fate of the mountain village was only just beginning to change.
Building roads, developing farming and animal husbandry, attracting merchants, and setting up village-run factories: watch Zhou Tuo, an orphan of a fallen hero, shake off his reputation as a reckless village chief and lead this poor mountain village toward shared prosperity!
