The protagonist, Lin Yue, is an ordinary young man from the modern world who accidentally falls into a dimensional rift and transmigrates to a merged, crumbling multiverse of Kamen Riders. Countless Rider worlds have collided, fragments of space and time are everywhere, monsters run rampant, the Riders are divided in their allegiances, old Riders have vanished, and twisted Riders wreak havoc as dark forces secretly harvest Rider powers.
Golden finger: The Decade Multiverse Check-In System.
Rules: Reach key landmarks in different Rider worlds and complete designated events to check in. Each completed check-in unlocks cards, Rider powers, weapons, and dimensional abilities. The protagonist starts with Decade's basic card deck, can collect Rider cards from across the heavens, and freely switch between Rider forms.
Unlike the previous Sign-In at Oma's: this story focuses on traveling between worlds and collecting Rider cards, not staying in one continent. The protagonist isn't invincible from the start; he grows stronger by collecting cards and will encounter Riders from the original works, sometimes cooperating with them and sometimes clashing.
