You Were Supposed to Be the Crown Prince's Stand-In, So How Did You Become the Heavenly Khan?

Lin Yue, the sole heir to the Ghost Needle Medical King, transmigrates by accident and becomes a stand-in for the Crown Prince.

The real Crown Prince tells Lin Yue to sleep with the princess of the Western Regions. Lin Yue replies, "What makes you think you're in my league? You expect me to share a woman with you?"

The haughty and aloof Crown Princess looks down on the fake prince, convinced he won't last a week.

But the longer Lin Yue plays the stand-in, the more secure his position becomes, and the more wildly things spiral out of control.

The child of the Rouran princess calls him Father Khan.

The child of the Later Jin imperial consort calls him Ama.

The child of the talented daughter of the Minister of Rites calls him Dear Father.

Just after he sends these three mothers and their children on their way, the pregnant empress of Beihuan comes knocking, too.

Lin Yue is overwhelmed. When he gets annoyed, he simply sends a great army east across the sea to trample Japan.

Minister: Your Majesty, disaster! The Crown Prince is raising troops to rebel!

The emperor grins from ear to ear. "What Crown Prince? That's the Emperor of our Great Ning. Guards! Tie me up and present me to the new emperor!"
