The Cautious Senior Brother: I'm Really Not the Second Generation of an Immortal

After transmigrating to the cultivation world, Jiang Bai gets a System that opens a nursing home for him deep in the mountains. For the past ten years, he has worked himself to the bone caring for forty-nine old men to complete the System's tasks. In the end, he fails to finish them and gets kicked out of the home. Disheartened, he decides to take his forty-nine letters of recommendation to a sect called Sijiu Sect and seek immortality, hoping to become a cultivator.

"Quick, change the disciple recruitment requirements right now. Lower the standards as much as possible and only accept mixed spiritual roots. We have to make sure the Supreme Grand Elder's direct disciple joins our sect."

"Which blind fool offended our Supreme Grand Elder's illegitimate son?"

"You say he's just a servant disciple? You must be new here. You don't even know he's our senior brother!"

So what if I have mixed spiritual roots? Where there's a will, there's a way. No one can stop me from becoming an immortal.
