Send Wild Geese Back to the North

"Sending Northern Wild Geese Returning" Two young people who were tracing the same telegram file of the Republic of China were pulled into the remnants of the memory of 1942 by an unfinished radio wave. They changed from old enemies to comrades in life and death challenges, and finally completed the message that had been sealed for eighty years for a telegraph operator couple who died on the Burma Highway. Gu Zhao, a cryptography researcher who returned from studying abroad, brought back a page of incomplete manuscripts sent by his mentor before his death. Lu Chen, a former military signal soldier, has been tracking a missing file for three years. The two met in an old post and telecommunications office in Beijing that was about to be demolished, and at the same time touched an old-fashioned dark copper-colored telegraph transceiver. There was a ticking sound in my ears. Not a telegram, but a heartbeat. Someone else's heartbeat. Immediately afterwards, they were pulled into a "reverberation" that had never been recorded - the memory fragments left by an underground telegraph operator couple before they died. There is no system, no task prompts, and no countdown to clearance. If you want to go out, you must complete the missing link in that memory. To complete it, two people must work together: one to send the message and the other to translate it. One heartbeat, one key. And they soon discovered that there was more than one story between Chen Jibei and Shen Yangui. The case that Lu Chen had been pursuing for three years was his own grandfather. The remaining page of the manuscript that Gu Zhao brought back was the entrance that her mentor had been looking for all his life but could not enter.
