(Book recommendation: Rising Through the Heavens from Swallowed Star.
This is a good read, with Swallowed Star as its main setting. Look it up and give it a try!)
Refine immortals and enter the Dao, becoming a lord across the Myriad Worlds.
With an ordinary mortal body and a sacrificial text leading the way, I journey through the myriad heavens and worlds.
Battle demons and fiends, transmit the true Dao, enter the Underworld, witness all things in the world, and cultivate your heart. Only then can you enter the Dao and become an immortal.
My name is Ye Wuqiu. I have desires and longings: I long to ascend to heaven, and seek an immortal who still walks the earth.
(The blurb falls short, so please read the story itself.)
