That day, Liu Bei went to the prison to listen to a speech.
Later, under the guidance of his close comrade Yan Zheng, Liu Bei understood the fundamental problem of the Han Dynasty.
For this reason, he embarked on an alternative path to help the Han Dynasty.
Yan Zheng: "Have you not noticed? It can't work without the court, it can't work without the people, but it seems to work without the aristocratic family. Without a middleman, it saves a lot of money and food!"
So Liu Bei decided to rely on and mobilize the Han people to eradicate the noble families.
Yan Zheng: "Without family background and connections, how can a place like the Central Plains, where the clan power is strong, be a place for ordinary people to gain a foothold? Only by going to a place where clan power is weak can we seek development!"
So Liu Bei decided to find a place to stay and grow up.
Yan Zheng did two things by the way: first, he learned a lesson from Huang Chao, and second, he divided a wave of land.
