I Can Cast Forbidden Spells Without Limit

An otherworldly dimension descends upon Blue Star, and a second sun appears in the sky.

The gates to other planes open, and the entire human world becomes digitized.

Yi Shen transmigrates here, only to discover a special Mage's Heart in his talent slot!

[Mage's Heart]

[Effect 1: Skills you cast consume no mana]

[Effect 2: Skills you cast have no cooldown]

[Effect 3: Multicast, allowing you to gather the energy for multiple spells at once]

[Effect 4: …]

If that's the case, then it makes sense that I can cast forbidden spells infinitely, right?
