(This urban novel opens in a Beijing courtyard. In the second half, the story shifts to the era of the past, antiques, factory building, making money, and advancing technology.)
Zhao Xin, a transmigrator and Bajiquan master, awakens the golden finger of perfect recall.
He resolves to join the working class and take charge of his own life, while putting his golden finger to good use.
Transferred to a steel mill as a Grade One blacksmith, he moves into a Beijing courtyard and meets the familiar neighborhood elders.
Watch as he:
Uses Bajiquan to keep the whole courtyard in line, and his golden finger to bring peace to the world;
Punches the Third Master of Nanshan, and kicks the Banggen family of Beihai;
And still makes time to enjoy a warm home with his wife and children, improve himself, keep his family in order, and reach for the stars!
