Upon waking, Yao Xingji transmigrated to the Hokage world and became Yakushi Nonō's adopted son, Yakushi Xingji.
With the Heart of the Honor of Kings Universe, he discovered that treating ninja patients could earn him all sorts of rewards, including ninjutsu and even Kekkei Genkai: Wood Release, the Tenseigan, the Sharingan, and even the Rinne Sharingan...
Killing people, on the other hand, could earn him Honor of Kings hero skills and skins...
So Yao Xingji went into hiding at Konoha Hospital and began his journey of growth...
This is a story about schemes within schemes, and about the self-cultivation of a mastermind behind the scenes. Let us praise the Star Lord. Also known as: "The Mastermind Hiding at Konoha Hospital" and "Starting Out Saving Lives at Konoha Hospital"
