Jing Xi is transmigrated into the role of the supporting character's ex-wife in a wildly over-the-top ancient romance novel after cursing out its author.
Her husband is destined to become the fearsome commander of the world's armies, renowned across the land.
Her eldest son will be the richest man in the world, her second son will rise to the highest ministerial office, and her youngest daughter will become empress.
And she herself... abandons her husband and children, then dies covered in festering sores.
That is how she is written in the story.
After transmigrating into the book, she decides to redeem herself, cleaning up her act from the inside out.
As she goes about it, the children's father walks in. "A Xi, are you still not done washing? It's a long night, and I've been waiting ages for you."
