Sakaki has disappeared, leaving Team Rocket without a leader and everyone on edge.
Lu Ming transmigrates into this world at that very moment, becoming an ordinary boy who joins Team Rocket in hopes of changing his fate.
Fortunately, he also brings with him a mysterious personal desert dimension that came through time and space with him, giving him a natural advantage in raising Ground-type Pokemon.
Starting as a Team Rocket reserve member, Lu Ming rises through the ranks to become a senior executive. Eventually, he takes over as Team Rocket's leader, reunites the fracturing organization, and expands it into other regions.
Until one day, Sakaki returns and sees that Team Rocket has become even stronger under Lu Ming's leadership. He sighs, "You should be the one called 'Earth'!"
