In the twenty-fifth year of Hongwu, Zhu Ying had been in the Ming dynasty for ten years and had built a vast empire in the Western Regions.
In the Prince of Yan's residence, Zhu Ying and Zhu Di, the future Yongle Emperor, chatted happily.
On the twenty-fifth day of the fourth month, Crown Prince Zhu Biao of the Ming dynasty died.
Zhu Ying accompanied Zhu Di south to the capital to pay his respects.
Zhu Di: “Infuriating! I never thought I would be the one to put him on the throne.”
Zhu Yuanzhang: “The fourth son is a good boy. He's brought my eldest grandson to me.”
Zhu Ying: “Beneath the radiance of the sun and moon, all the land belongs to the Ming!”
