Takagi Naohito wants to challenge traditional medical concepts!

"Make a choice between the constraints of traditional thinking and the extremely high patient survival rate, Sandaime."
During the Second Ninja War, Naohito Takagi stood in front of Hiruzen Sarutobi and asked: "Whether you want the patient to die or to live is up to you. After all, you are the Hokage."
He gave the ninja world an unknown rule, but all major ninja villages silently abide by it.
During the Ninja War, medical ninjas were not killed.
(The plot is mainly original, so don't criticize it if you don't like it.)
