Jose doesn't want to get beaten up, so he puts the plant-loving instincts of his people to use, keeping a low profile and focusing on development.
He'll emerge once he's grown strong enough to fulfill his wish: build a house spanning a million square meters to shelter him from the elements, then hire hundreds of millions of servants to wave flags and cheer.

In short, this is the story of a red dragon who lies low and develops in another world, gains all kinds of extraordinary abilities (the [Phoenix Heart], the [Brainwashing Aura]...), and eventually makes the entire world kneel before his throne.
