The martial arts tradition began when humanity rose to prominence in ancient times, and the Human Emperor, Shennong, inherited its legacy.
But in the primordial age, before humanity had even appeared, mighty beings had already created divine arts of the flesh, known as the Law of Heaven and Earth. They gathered the spiritual energy of Heaven and Earth into themselves, able to pluck the stars, seize the sun and moon, and wield the strength to uproot mountains and rivers. They contended with the Wu and Yao races, and forged the True Scripture of Body Tempering with Innate Spiritual Flame.
Those who wielded Innate Spiritual Flame could grasp true meaning and understand the true method, thereby attaining the Great Dao. This scripture was called the Great Luo Scripture. By embodying all things and understanding oneself, one could defy fate, overcome tribulations, and attain perfect freedom and ease. That is why the True Scripture must never be passed on lightly.
